Establish a baseline to cure knee pain

This is known as a baseline, where you have restricted yourself to set points. Make sure that you stick to this baseline for at least 2 weeks before trying and changing anything. This might get difficult but to maintain the health of your knee. But on the other side, it is important to give your knee and body a subsequent time to fully get used to the baseline level of exercise.

It doesn’t matter if your knee cannot bend fully. But if you train it for long enough under the supervision of a sports chiropractor at the pain-free level, it usually allows it to bend further and over time you will be able to get rid of this serious and painful issue i.e. knee pain.
